Q: For the coaching, is it only in person?

A: We offer options for both in person coaching and coaching by zoom. Both are effective and are meant to better serve you!

Q: Do you offer customized programs for businesses or is it one size fits all?

A: Yes, we do! We believe the best path to success is through customizing your training by combining our core teachings and activities that we specialize in.

Q: Can children participate in any of your programs?

A: Yes, it is possible for children to participate. We have activities that are appropriate. 

Q: Do you work with faith-based group?

A: Yes, as Christians, we love doing bringing themes and principles from the bible into our trainings, if that is what you want.

Q: If we are from another state or country, do we need to bring our group to you?

A: No, we are based out of Ogden, Ut., but we will bring our training to you and do it at whatever location you prefer. Most of our activities can be taken on airplanes, including the glasswalk and arrow break.

Q: I noticed you offer some really cool experiences. How do you handle situations when people don’t want to participate in certain activities?

A: We practice Challenge by Choice. We believe that everyone can benefit from activities whether they choose to participate or not. We at FIRED UP are all about inclusion, and we make sure no one feels excluded. We have ways to bring them into the activity as they remain authentic to their personal decisions.

Q: Can we bring a reunion group such as family reunions or class reunions?

A: Yes, we love doing these groups and have activities that will help groups to bond.
